Booking Policy:

  • A valid credit card must be on file to book an appointment, please note your card will not be charged until the day of your appointment.

  • If you’re unable to provide a credit card a 50% non-refundable deposit can be made.

  • Intake forms must be completed prior to your appointment, this can be done digitally or in person.

  • Please note that booking an appointment means you understand and agree to our policies and guidelines.

Cancellations + No-shows:

  • We require 24 hours notice to cancel any appointments.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Covid-19:

  • Masks are no longer required as of March 11, 2022, they will still be optional for guests and mandatory for staff.

  • We will continue to assess this situation as it evolves and follow the advice of healthcare professionals.
