Booking Policy:
A valid credit card must be on file to book an appointment, please note your card will not be charged until the day of your appointment.
If you’re unable to provide a credit card a 50% non-refundable deposit can be made.
Intake forms must be completed prior to your appointment, this can be done digitally or in person.
Please note that booking an appointment means you understand and agree to our policies and guidelines.
Cancellations + No-shows:
We require 24 hours notice to cancel any appointments.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Covid-19:
Masks are no longer required as of March 11, 2022, they will still be optional for guests and mandatory for staff.
